The All Star Game was earlier in the week, but we took advantage of the photo op. And I got not one, not two, but THREE Royals Chips & Salsa dishes. Score!
Jacob's first ball game! (Ally too)
We had great seats. And luckily the people sitting in front of us were really nice and didn't mine getting kicked or pushed by the kids. One of the guys even gave Jacob and Ally a High-5 when he heard it was their first game, and tried to point out different things for them to see.
Didn't get a picture of it, but both kids got to meet Slugger too. They loved it. And the funnel cake Daddy bought.
Sleepy boy. But still very attentive.
And sleepy girl. Both kids laying on me. We left at the beginning of the 7th inning. I was hoping we could make it through to the song, but we didn't. We were still in the parking lot when they played it though, so we did sing along.
So, the first trip to the ballpark as a family was a success. We all had a pretty good time. Maybe we can do it again next year!
