Helmet Envy

Our friends the Kellers gave us a couple of bikes that their kids outgrew.  And wouldn't you know, they are just about perfect for Allyson and Jacob.  Ally has been telling me for a few months now that she is saving her coins so that she can buy "a bike, a motorcycle and a car" and that they all will be pink or purple.  We can cross the bike off of her list.  That same week I ordered her a helmet and pads from amazon.com (love that site!!!).  When they were delivered and she got to try them on, I nearly couldn't get them off of her.  We did get to try the helmet on Jacob too, to see if he could wear a "todder" size and he also didn't want to take it off. 

 Jacob is just a little to small yet for his bike.  It's really not too bad though, because he LOVES to just push it around.

And, last, but not least, Lucas let Ally wear his motorcycle helmet.  She really liked that one too!
